At VETCHY, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right exchange or process a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
